Eau de Vie Infused Frosting

This recipe make a great alternative to the traditional frosting, packing a punch with a naturally flavoured spirit.


340g Softened Butter

3 Cups Icing Sugar

2 tsp Never.25 Raspberry Eau de Vie

2 tbsp Milk

  1. Add butter to mixing bowl and mix at a medium speed until creamy.
  2. Add icing sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
  3. Add Blueberry/Raspberry Eau de Vie until well combined.
  4. Add milk, until frosting ls light and fluffy. (If you are looking for a firmer consistency add 1/4 cup each time until you reach your preferred consistency.)
