Always Rosy, Never Blue

A gorgeous cocktail for you to get creative with for any of summer parties that you might have lined up!

 

Ingredients - Serves 1

15ml Redcastle Gin
15ml Raspberry Eau de Vie 
15ml Heavy Cream
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Raspberry Syrup (click here for recipe)
5ml Rhubarb and Ginger Syrup  (click here for recipe)
1 Large Egg White
Ice
Raspberries/Flower for garnish


In a cocktail shaker, place all the ingredients in except the ice. Hard shake with a lid for 25 secs to really emulsify the egg white, marrying all the ingredients together. Fill the shaker 2/3 with ice and shake again for another 25 secs. Strain the liquid into a glass adding a raspberry or flower to garnish!
