Ingredients

50mls Never.25 Strawberry Eau De Vie

25mls Campari

Lemonade

Orange Wedge

In a tall glass with ice, pour in the Never.25 and Campari. Top with lemonade and garnish with an orange wedge! A simple drink for you all to make at home.

Watermelon and Blueberry Spritzer

This drink is perfect as a summer refresher! It works beautifully for a BBQ and so simple to scale up as a pitcher drink!

Ingredients (Pitcher Recipe)

450g Seedless Watermelon

1 1/2 tbsp Caster Sugar

360ml Never.25 Blueberry Eau de Vie

1 Punnet Fresh Blueberries

1 Pot of Fresh Mint

180mls Fresh Lime Juice

1 Litre Soda Water

 

1. Puree Watermelon in a blender

2. Stain through mesh sieve to remove pulp

3. Add sugar to watermelon mixture and set aside (keeps for 1-2 day)

4. In a pitcher add all the eau de vie, handful of blueberries and mint leaves

5. Muddle with a rolling pin to release the mint

6. Add watermelon puree and lime juice

7. Add ice until 1/3 full.

8. Top with Soda Water to taste

Always Rosy, Never Blue

A gorgeous cocktail for you to get creative with for any summer parties that you might have lined up!

 

Ingredients

15ml Redcastle Gin

15ml Never.25 Raspberry

15ml Heavy Cream

15ml Freah Lemon Juice

15ml Fresh Lime 

15ml Raspberry Syrup

5ml Rhubarb and Ginger Syrup

1 Large Egg

Ice

Raspberries/Flower to garnish

 

In a cocktail shaker place all ingredient in except the ice. hard shake with a lid for 25secs to really emulsify the egg white, marrying all the ingredients together. Fill the shake 2/3 with ice and shake again for another 25secs. Strain the liquid into a glass adding a raspberry or flower to garnish.

Dandy Shandy

A shandy with a twist! Who would have though we could take an age old classic and revitalise it!

Ingredients

50mls Never.25 Strawberry Eau De Vie

1/2 Can of Beer (we suggest 71 Lager)

Top up with Lemonade 

2 dashes of Dandelion and Burdock Bitters

 

In 1/2 pint glass, pour in Never.25. Pour in lemonade leaving enough room to top with some beer! If you have bitter to hand, give it two dashes and a gentle stare. Now, top with beer at a 45 degree angle! Another easy cocktail for you to make at home!

 

Raspberry Cheesecake Cocktail

A combination of some of our favourite food and drink! Aelder Elixir, Never.25 Raspberry and cheesecake!

 

Ingredients

15mls Aelder Elixir

25mls Never.25 Raspberry

25mls Raspberry Simple Syrup

50mls Double Cream

Lemon

Ice 

Crushed Ginger Nuts

Margarita Glass

 

Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and dip into the crushed ginger nut biscuits. Set aside and keep some of the gingers nuts to garnish later.

 

In a shaker, pour in the Aelder Elixir, Never.25 Raspberry, Simple Syrup and add a squeeze of lemon. Stir gently with a spoon and add the double cream. Top the shake with 2/3 of ice and hard shake for 30sec until liquid is fully combined. Pour mixture through a fine strainer into the glass you prepared previously. Enjoy as a treat after dinner or just make for fun!
